Applications for the 2026 - 2027 PMSIF team is opened around November. There are 2 rounds in the recruitment process. Round 1 includes the online application along with a submission of your resume and web transcript. selected applicants will then move on to Round 2, which consists of a 30-minute interview including both behavioural and technical questions.

Those selected from round 2 will be given a conditional offer to the fund. PSMIF positions begin after successfully completing the FIN 4230 Applied Asset Management course in Winter 2026 and carry a 12-month term from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027. Co-op and/or work terms can be accommodated.

Those provided with a conditional offer will be taking Fin 4230 this semester. Given successfully completing the FIN 4230 Applied Asset Management course with a grade of B+ or above, you will receive your official offer for the 2026 - 2027 PSMIF team. At this time, C-suite may recruit further to fill roles if needed.
